NEW PONSEC SAFE SERIES PASSED THE DEMANDING VDS BURGLARY TESTS

Ponsec Finland Oy’s Euro range safes have passed the VdS burglary tests in Cologne, Germany. The safes were tested according to the European standard EN 1143-1 to grades 1-4.

The design and the colour of the safes have been renewed. The rounded shape and the standard grey colour of the safes fit very well into a modern office environment.

When choosing a Ponsec safe, you will have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of optional internal fittings: pull-out shelves and drawers, hanging file frames and lockable boxes either with key lock or time delay lock. As standard equipment there are adjustable shelves (quantity depends on safe size) and floor anchoring hole and bolt.

The new safe series is available during the coming autumn.

Become acquainted with the novelty here.

Ponsec exports the externalisation of money handling

An article from the EuroShop trade fair in the Finnish newspaper ’Vähittäiskauppa’ no 2/2002:

Ponsec Finland which is a part of Turvakaappi Group attended the EuroShop  trade fair for the first time and was gladly surprised of the reception of its idea.

At the trade fair Ponsec introduced not only safes but also the Ponder Safe Security® concept, which does not have comparables in the world.
Ponder Safe Security® -system is based on RFID identification technology. With thehelp of the system you can establish a money handling room in the shopping centre,  where companies can safely leave their cash money gathered in the cash register.

The money transport company can then pick up the money and deliver it to the calculation centre and bring the shopkeeper the needed change.
The daily cash register accounting bags are dropped through the deposit mechanism into the safe, which identifies every operation with RFID identifier. Every operation leaves a trace, e.g. time, user, type of operation, company and user id.

The system allows also the externalisation of money handling. E.g. in Iso Omena shopping centre in Espoo, Finland the system is owned by Ponsec and it has agreements with the shopkeepers of the usage of the system. In Mylly shopping centre in Raisio, Finland was arrived at a result of a leasing agreement.
