Document safes

 

Ponsec fire resistant safes are designed primarily for fire proof storage of documents. 

These safes have been fire tested according to the NORD TEST NT FIRE 017 reaching the fire safety classes 60 Paper and 120 Paper for paper materials.

The safes are manufactured in Finland at Ponsec Finland Oy.

 

Internal fittings
When choosing a Ponsec fire resistant safe, you have the opportunity to select the internal fittings you require. As standard equipment there are shelves, which are adjustable in height. As extras are available: pull-out drawers, hanging file frames and lockable compartments with key lock or time delay lock.

Locks
Ponsec fire resistant safes are equipped as standard with key lock with two keys. It can also be equipped with the following optional locks: mechanical combination lock or electronic lock with time delay.

Combination Safes


Ponsec combination safes protect both your computer media as well as paper documents. 

There is a fixed data compartment, with internal dimensions H 250 mm, W 455 mm, D 240 mm, at the top shelf of the combination safe. 

These safes have been fire tested according to the NORD TEST NT FIRE 017 the fixed data compartment reaching the diskette classification 120 Diskette and the paper compartment 120 Paper. 

The safes are manufactured in Finland at Ponsec Finland Oy.

Filing cabinet RK-200

Ponsec fire resistant cabinet RK-200 is designed primarily for fire proof storage of important documents in the office environment. 

The cabinet is also suitable for storing pharmaceutical substances, fireworks, cartridges and explosives. 

This cabinet series features 30 minutes structural fire protection at the temperature of 1000oC according to the Finnish standard SFS 4399.

The cabinets are manufactured in Finland at Ponsec Finland Oy.

 

 

 
 

Internal fittings
When choosing a Ponsec filing cabinet, you have the opportunity to select the internal fittings you require. As standard equipment there are four shelves, which are adjustable in height, see the picture above.

As extras are available: hanging file frames, lockable compartments and pull-out drawers.

If needed, the cabinet can also be equipped with a readiness for air-conditioning or it can be manufactured water tight. In connection with pharmaceutical substance storing for safety reasons we recommend stainless steel overflow basins to be placed to the bottom level of the cabinet.

Ponsec fire resistant cabinets are equipped as standard with key lock with two keys. It can also be equipped with an electronic lock as a parallel lock for the key lock.
